Job Description :

  • Menyusun dan mengatur penataan produk di rak sesuai dengan standar perusahaan dan pedoman planogram.
  • Memantau stok barang di rak dan gudang di setiap MT.
  • Memastikan pelaksanaan program promosi sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, seperti diskon, display promosi, point of purchase materials (POP), atau bahan promosi lainnya.
  • Berkomunikasi secara rutin dengan staff toko, supervisor, atau store manager untuk menjaga hubungan baik dan memastikan kelancaran distribusi produk.
  • Menyusun laporan harian/mingguan/bulanan tentang kinerja penjualan, promosi, stok, serta aktivitas kompetitor di setiap MT.
  • Memeriksa dan memastikan tidak ada produk yang rusak atau mendekati tanggal kedaluwarsa.
  • Mengumpulkan informasi tentang tren pasar, preferensi pelanggan, serta aktivitas kompetitor di toko.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim sales dan tim marketing untuk memastikan strategi penjualan diimplementasikan secara efektif.
  • Memastikan bahwa semua aktivitas merchandising sesuai dengan peraturan dan kebijakan dari toko modern trade tempat produk dipasarkan.

Requirements :

  • Pendidikan Min SMA Sederajat
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai MDMT minimal 1 tahun
  • Terampil menggunakan komputer (Ms. Office & Google Work space)
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunkasi yang baik
