PT. Digital Kaliber Internasional is a digital marketing agency specialising in Google Ads and Meta Ads since 2019. We currently manage many big clients for their digital advertisement and are looking for another team-mate to join our ships!

Requirements:

1.⁠ ⁠Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or related fields.

2.⁠ ⁠Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Digital Ads tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).

3.⁠ ⁠At least 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Executive roles, preferably in the digital marketing or agency industry.

4.⁠ ⁠Good communication skills, able to deliver solutions to clients clearly and persuasively.

5.⁠ ⁠Work Schedule: Must be willing to work a six-day workweek (Monday to Saturday).

Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Able to sell and negotiate digital marketing services to clients.

2.⁠ ⁠Understand the basics of Google Ads & Meta Ads to assist clients in digital marketing strategies.

3.⁠ ⁠Capable of strategic thinking to overcome challenges in client acquisition.

4.⁠ ⁠Identifying and acquiring new leads for the digital marketing agency services.

5.⁠ ⁠Conducting presentations and negotiations with potential clients.

6.⁠ ⁠Understanding product knowledge and explaining service advantages to clients.

7.⁠ ⁠Collaborating with the internal team to ensure client needs are met.

8.⁠ ⁠Developing sales funnel strategies to increase prospect conversion into clients.

9.⁠ ⁠Maintaining good relationships with clients and following up to enhance closing opportunities.
