1. Analyze revenue and other data to help create meal type or daily promotions to increase sales

a. Coordinate photoshoot & graphic design for promotional material

b. Coordinate online presence of the promo in conjunction with Agent

2. Act as liaison between the operations team and Kesato when planning the months online marketing efforts

a. Coordinate work needed from photographer and graphic designer accordingly

3. Act as liaison between operations & Agent team and the website host when needing to place our promotions on the website.

4. Manage online accounts for all three outlets ensuring information is up to date, such as photos, menus, hours of operations and respond to messages and reviews.

5. Have access to reservation email accounts, check daily and coordinate bookings with dining room team.

6. Create a database of customer information from the comment cards.

7. Create a monthly newsletter to send to our database of customers.

8. Work with the management teams in all three outlets to help create a loyalty or frequent diner program for customers.

9. Assist the PR agency in forming and maintaining relationships with local and national media.

10. Create monthly consolidate reports from inhouse marketing PR agencies media engagements and present to Chef and Global Team.
