Visual Merchandiser Supervisor - Jakarta

• Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appeal and drive sales.
• Oversee and execute regular floor set changes and visual merchandising updates.
• Provide efficient, cost-conscious, and innovative merchandising solutions.
• Support and guide store teams in implementing visual merchandising best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and customer-friendly store environments.
• Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and major store reconfigurations.
• Maintain store displays according to Planogram guidelines.
• Compile and analyze weekly/monthly visual merchandising reports.
• Liaise with Purchasing and Warehouse teams regarding logistics for visual merchandising materials and store openings or upgrades.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual standards and provide training sessions for store staff.
• Manage production and installation of window displays, signage, in-store displays, floor plans, and promotional setups.
• Perform quarterly visual merchandising audits with Store Managers to ensure adherence to brand standards.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and mentor store teams.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, strong visual design sensibility, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3DsMax, or similar is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to drive and having a valid drivers license is a plus.
