The position is directly responsible for the following:
- Direct supervision and scheduling the Engineering Team Members
- All preventative maintenance programs
- All repairs and maintenance works orders
- Inventories and procurements of parts and supplies
- Accident prevention and safety
- Energy conservation
- Proper orientation, training and development of the Engineering Team Members
- Conduct briefing each day
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering University.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within 5 stars hotel.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa or English.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Candidate must be highly motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude.
