Operational Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a supervisory role, preferably within the FMCG.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects at a national level.
• Experience in working with multinational partners or companies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and solve problems efficiently.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the execution of large-scale national projects in close collaboration with the FMCG multinational company.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones and timelines are met.
• Monitor daily operational activities and ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency across all project phases.
• Optimize resource allocation and manage operational budgets.
• Identify potential risks or delays and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Supervise and guide project teams to ensure proper execution of tasks, maintaining high levels of motivation and accountability.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and ensure their professional development.
• Serve as the main point of contact between PT. Indolima Perkasa and the multinational FMCG company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up-to-date.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in project management.
