Job Purpose

At Multi Bintang Indonesia, youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—supporting people, the planet, and fostering togetherness.

As a Remuneration Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless and high-quality service delivery across all HR transactional processes. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of HR transactional services for both Multi Bintang Indonesia and Heineken Timor Leste. You will be responsible for managing escalated issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions, and upholding the highest standards of service excellence.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage employee administration from hire to exit.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping in the HR system.
• Process salaries, bonuses, and other payments accurately and on time, in coordination with vendor.
• Coordinate payroll-related account postings and reconciliations in close collaboration with Finance.
• Act as the primary contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
• Stay up-to-date about labor laws and compensation regulations to ensure company compliance.

Candidate Criteria

• Education: Bachelors degree or masters degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or any other related field.
• Proven track record with 3-5 years experience in relevant experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with big data.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional proficiency in oral and written English.
