The Position: We are seeking motivated learning experience designer to join our dynamic and transformative team. This role offers fully remote work arrangements.
What We Do: With our team of expert consultants, weve supported numerous clients since 2014 on a variety of change projects. Our teams focus on providing training in change management, adult learning, and education, delivering effective and attractive experiences to support our clients core business. We provide customer service and advisory support to our community and business partners on systems and processes, ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with customer-focused principles. We drive change and enable continuous improvement in all we do.
Your Responsibilities:
- About the Role: Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences? Were looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with our trainers and content experts to design and develop engaging physical training modules that make a real difference. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development, especially in face-to-face environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Module Development: Collaborate with the Learning Experience Design team to design and develop hands-on, physical training modules that align with our training objectives and goals.
- Create Training Materials: Produce print-ready materials, handouts, visuals, and other resources to enhance in-person training sessions.
- Support Training Preparation: Work with trainers to prepare learning aids, training tools, and other physical resources for use during sessions.
- Content Structuring: Help structure and organize training content for clarity, flow, and engagement, ensuring it is well-suited for in-person delivery.
- Research and Gather Insights: Support the team in researching current trends in adult learning and training methods to improve the effectiveness of our physical learning programs.
- Post-Programme Support: Assist in developing follow-up materials, engagement strategies, and learning reinforcement activities to ensure continued application of training content.
- Final Report & Proposal Writing: Contribute to drafting post-training reports, summarizing key insights, participant feedback, and recommendations for future improvements. Support the team in preparing proposals for training programs based on client needs and feedback.
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Analyze feedback from post-programme surveys, trainers, and participants to assess training effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and refine training modules based on real-world insights.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development, with a focus on in-person learning environments. Knowledge of e-learning design and tools would be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Good visual thinking and graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) for developing visual aids and training materials.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset to enhance learning experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing needs, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Familiarity with training or instructional design principles is essential.
- Problem-solving and adaptability to refine and improve learning experiences based on feedback.
