DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

• Managing pay-per-click advertising services and other common paid platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and YouTube.
• Manage all digital marketing for Hoopi, including social media.
• Research, develop success strategies, identify target audience and evaluate desired outcomes for clients marketing campaign.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing activities such as proposals and mock-ups.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and other competitors.
• Provide analysis and report for campaigns, placements, website traffic and impressions.
• Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
• Work with cross-organizational teams and external partners to develop joint strategies for social media campaigns.
• Developing original content ideas that resonate with target audiences and align with platform algorithms with latest platform updates to optimize content reach and engagement.
• Function as a lead on creative campaigns related to design or involving digital elements, identifying outside of the box opportunities for promotion or advertisement, message amplification and media attention and executing those projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-years experience in Social Media Marketing or other Digital Marketing related job scope.
• Must have a dynamic learning mindset to meet fast changes in the digital world.
• Energy, enthusiasm and proven experience in producing digital content and digital best practice.
• Experienced with managing paid marketing platforms.
• Experienced with tools and relevant applications to create contents for all social media outlets such as telegram, twitter, Instagram, forums, messenger applications and websites.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to articulate ideas and execute within timeline.
• Well organized and have good attention to details.
