  • Able to communicate clearly and persuasively through various formats such as reports, presentations, or dashboards
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Quickly adaptability to changing situations and environments

Job Description:

Analyze mission, vision, values, SWOT, and stakeholder engagement. Present strategic plans to CEO, coordinate implementation, and ensure alignment with culture, resources, and capabilities. Evaluate performance and report findings to the CEO identifying areas for improvement
