Primary responsibility #1: develop SIDSAs business in Indonesia

  • Identify & meet prospects in relevant industries (cement plants, recycling companies, landfills…)
  • Lead market research, seize market opportunities, and develop new markets
  • Collaborate with SIDSAs Marketing Department to develop market strategy in the country
  • Promote the company and its products at business events such as exhibitions and fairs
  • Make regular reports on marketing activities to SIDSA

Primary responsibility #2: grow & maintain excellent relationship with existing customers

  • Proactively engage with SIDSAs existing customers to strengthen relationship
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the customers and SIDSAs technical departments
  • Hear customers technical issues and report them to SIDSAs technical departments
  • Promote and facilitate SIDSAs after sales operations in Indonesia

Primary responsibility #3: achieve sales objectives

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire sales process
  • Collaborate with SIDSAs technical departments to prepare offers
  • Take part in commercial negotiations
  • Ensure timely payment and manage project risks effectively
  • Make weekly / monthly reports on sales activities to SIDSA

Educational Background/Work Experience

  • Bachelor degree or above Specialization Mechanical or electrical engineering, , Automation, Civil engineering, etc.
  • Driving license
  • Work experience 3+ years minimum
  • 5+ years preferred
  • Professional Expertise
  • Familiar with Technological applications Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Automation
  • Sales Understanding of industrial processes
  • Business management, Marketing, Sales and communication tools
  • Cost control
  • Contract execution, Risk control, Finance
  • English (verbal + written)
  • Negotiation
  • Team management
  • Chinese is not required but is a plus

Compensations and allowances

In addition to the base salary and sales commissions, the company reserves the right to issue bonuses & holiday allowances based on the companys business performance, employee attendance, evaluated performance, and other factors.
