Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

  • Menyambut pelanggan dengan ramah dan profesional.
  • Membantu pelanggan dalam memilih produk sesuai kebutuhan dan preferensi.
  • Memberikan informasi lengkap tentang produk, seperti bahan, ukuran, dan cara perawatan.
  • Memberikan rekomendasi produk tambahan (upselling dan cross-selling).

  • Melaporkan kebutuhan restock kepada supervisor.
  • Membuat laporan penjualan harian/mingguan.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
  • Diutamakan berpenampilan menarik dan rapi dan memakai Hijab
  • Berpengalaman di bidang penjualan atau retail (diutamakan dalam fashion).
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
  • Energik, ramah, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
