Jobdesc :

  • Review claim / invoice for Marketing activity and Sales Deduction
  • Ensure invoice and supporting documents comply with companys policy and procedures
  • Ensure all invoice properly accounted
  • Responsible for administration or filing documents
  • Provide support during an ad hoc task or audit related
  • Preparing Account Payable report monthly

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Experience minimum 2 years
  • Preferably background from retail / electronic/ multinational company
  • Able to operate Ms. Excel advance
  • Experience in SAP
  • Having knowledge withholding Tax 23 will be an advantage
