Job Description:
  • Assist product managers to design long-term solutions to improve search & recommendation engines
  • Work with the local product, regional operations team, and relevant stakeholders to evaluate, analyze, and improve the quality of search & recommendation
  • Perform testing and QC to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features
  • Surface issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases and collecting product feedback
  • Provide insights on local market’s contexts, competitors, trends, and performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelors / Masters Degree from a recognized tertiary education institution
  • Communicate clearly verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good command of Excel/Google Sheet
