Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Pengembangan Bisnis : mencapai target pertumbuhan siswa, meningkatkan pendapatan, dan memperluas jangkauan pasar.
  • Manajemen Tim : membangun dan memimpin tim yang solid, termasuk guru dan staf.
  • Operasional : memastikan kelancaran semua kegiatan sehari-hari, mulai dari pendaftaran siswa hingga pelaksanaan program belajar.
  • Kualitas Pendidikan : menjamin kualitas pengajaran yang tinggi dan kepuasan siswa.
  • Hubungan Eksternal : membangun hubungan yang baik dengan sekolah, orang tua, dan komunitas.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan
  • Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman dalam manajemen, terutama di bidang pendidikan
  • Keterampilan kepemimpinan yang kuat
  • Mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan target
  • Memahami strategi pemasaran dan penjualan
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan problem solving
