Role and Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis:
o Market research and competitor landscape analysis with a focus on urban development sector in Indonesia and the region (i.e. Industrial park development)
o Analysis of macro and micro economic data to identify current trends and challenges
o Preparation of reports and presentations based on research findings for internal and external stakeholders
- Project Support:
o Facilitation of deal due diligence processes for potential urban projects in Indonesia
o Engagement with internal and external consultants / advisors on feasibility study workstreams
o Support the deal team in drafting investment papers for investment committee approvals
- Stakeholder Engagement:
o Facilitation of meetings with key stakeholders
o Assistance in developing communications materials for engagements with key stakeholders
o Participation in conceptualisation of corporate strategies to promote business growth
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Preferred fields of study: Business administration, Accountancy, Economics, and Real Estate
Preferred Skills
- Financial analysis and modeling
- Market research and analysis
- Office suite - Excel, Powerpoint
- Knowledge on urban development (i.e. Industrial parks and properties)
