Job Description

Mendekati calon donor di tempat umum atau pribadi dan merekrut donor bulanan sesuai dengan Kode Etik Fundraiser yang ditetapkan oleh Perusahaan di Indonesia.

Bekerja sesuai dengan jadwal dan lokasi yang telah disepakati oleh Unit Tatap Muka Perusahaan di Indonesia.

Memahami dan mematuhi pedoman peran Pemimpin Tim Fundraising Tatap Muka dan mengelola kinerja penjualan tim Fundraiser tatap muka.

Mewakili Perusahaan di jalanan dan lokasi indoor dengan cara yang profesional, termasuk penampilan dan komunikasi dengan masyarakat umum.

Requirement

Pemahaman yang jelas tentang tujuan organisasi.

Pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam bidang penjualan atau promosi.

Kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam tim.
