Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team and extend our footprints.

Position Overview:The position will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of SELF-Q by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and business development and understands the fundamentals of using technology as a solution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Female graduated from university with a minimum of a Bachelors degree in relevant fields (e.g. Business, Management, Marketing).
• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within and or familiar with the tourism, hospitality, and or technology industry in Indonesia.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willing to travel when required.
