  • Facilitate communication between architects, engineers, and other design consultants to ensure designs meet project requirements
  • Assist in reviewing design documents to ensure compliance with regulatory codes, client standard & project specifications
  • Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to incorporate feedback into the design process
  • Monitor design progress against project timeline and assist in resolving delays or conflicts
  • Maintain design-related documentation, track changes, and prepare reports for senior management
  • Support in design-related problem solving by providing technical inputs and collaborating with consultants
  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Interior Design
  • Minimum 3-year experience in similar role, preferably in mall, retail, hotel or hospitality projects
  • Good leadership skill in practical problem solving and decision making, responsive and accountable
  • English communication both in verbal and writing
