Job Description:

  • Menguasai dan Mengatur proses HR Planning, Proses Recruitment, Seleksi dan Evaluasi.
  • Memahami aturan, prosedur pengurusan BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu) dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP) mulai dari pendaftaran, perubahan data dan segala urusan yang terkait.
  • Mengelola dan Melakukan perhitungan terhadap absensi karyawan (kehadiran, lembur).
  • Bertanggung jawab dan Follow up semua hal yang berhubungan dengan administrasi karyawan.
  • Menangani semua tugas sehubungan dengan HR.
  • Membantu proses administratif General Affair (Data Entry, Petty Cash).

Kualifikasi :

  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun.
  • Minimal pendidikan: S1 Manajemen / Psikologi / setara.
  • Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Admin HRGA.
  • Mampu berbahasa mandarin baik lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Bisa mengoperasikan computer (Ms. Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Teliti, Jujur, Tegas, Cekatan, siap bekerja dibawah tekanan dan mampu multitasking dengan prioritas yang tepat.
  • Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik, komunikatif, dan inisiatif.
  • Memiliki tata bahasa yang baik dalam negosiasi dan komunikasi.
  • Dapat menjaga rahasia perusahaan.
  • Dapat bergabung secepatnya.
  • Penempatan di Jakarta Pusat.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rp450,000,000 per month
