  • Melakukan pemeriksaan transaksi pembayaran/pembelian serta jurnal dalam sistem accounting
  • Melalukan proses rekonsiliasi
  • Menjalankan Depresiasi Bulanan
  • Memeriksa kebenaran dan kesesuaian dari Transaksi A/P, A/R, Accrued exp, dan Prepaid exp.
  • Memastikan pembayaran Memo yang akan dijurnal.
  • Melakukan pemeriksaan atas penjurnalan transaksi pada sistem accounting
  • Melakukan pemeriksaan atas proses rekonsiliasi
  • Mengelola "General Ledger" secara harian
  • Melakukan proses "Closing" atas pembukuan bulanan dan tahunan
  • Memeriksa laporan keuangan yang dibuat secara bulanan oleh tim accounting (PNL, BL & CF)
  • Memantau penggunaan COA dan melakukan pengeluaran nomor COA baru
  • Membantu penyusunan Tax planning, memastikan pembayaran dan pelaporan perpajakan perusahaan
  • Melakukan pemeriksaan dan pengawasan terhadap aset perusahaan
  • Minimum Qualifications: Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Gelar Sarjana Akuntansi
  • Setidaknya memiliki 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang Finance & Accounting
  • Bahasa yang harus dimiliki: Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki: Microsoft Office
  • Lebih disukai Pegawai (non-manajemen & non-supervisor) khusus dalam Keuangan - Umum/Akuntansi Pembiayaan atau setara.
