Job Deskripsi

1. Membantu membuat dokumen baru maupun revisi untuk selanjutnya berkoordinasi dan mengkonfirmasikan kepada user.

2. Melakukan penarikan dokumen yang sudah kadaluarsa dan mendistribusikan dokumen baru atau revisi untuk memastikan dokumen yang digunakan selalu update dan terdokumentasi dengan baik.

3. Mengurus keluar-masuknya dokumen.

4. Menjaga keamanan dokumen yang bersifat confidential.

5. Memelihara sistem manajemen dokumen.

1. Pendidikan min S1 Semua Jurusan.

2. Memiliki pengalaman min 2 tahun dibidang yang sama.

3. Memiliki kemampuan untuk menyimpan catatan dan laporan (filing) dengan jelas dan akurat.

4. Memiliki kemampuan untuk menginput data data dengan cepat.

5. Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.

6. Menguasai Ms. Word dan Ms. Excel.

7. Multitasking dan bisa bekerja secara efisien.

8. Bersedia ditempatkan di Cikarang, Jawa Barat.
