A. Penanganan Bugs :1. Mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan memperbaiki bugs atau masalah teknis pada produk IT perusahaan.

2. Berkoordinasi dengan tim untuk eskalasi dan penyelesaian bugs kompleks.

3. Melakukan pengujian (testing) setelah perbaikan untuk memastikan fungsionalitas berjalan dengan baik.

4. Membuat dokumentasi teknis terkait temuan dan solusi yang telah diterapkan.

5. Menganalisis log error dan laporan bug untuk menemukan akar permasalahan secara akurat.

6. Menangkap dan mereplikasi masalah dari laporan pengguna untuk mempercepat proses debugging.

7. Melakukan pemantauan secara berkala pada sistem dan aplikasi untuk mendeteksi potensi masalah sebelum berdampak besar.

8. Menyediakan solusi sementara (workaround) dan melakukan perbaikan jangka panjang.

9. Memastikan bug yang diperbaiki diuji ulang sebelum diterapkan ke sistem produksi.

B. IT Support :

1. Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada karyawan terkait jaringan, perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak.

2. Mengatur dan memelihara jaringan, sistem komputer, dan perangkat IT lainnya.

3. Menangani instalasi dan konfigurasi software dan hardware.

Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Teknologi Informasi, atau bidang terkait.

2. Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang IT, khususnya dalam menangani bugs dan memberikan IT support.

3. Memiliki pemahaman tentang bahasa pemrograman (Python, Java, Typescript, & SQL)

4. Memiliki pemahaman tentang infrastruktur jaringan lokal dan cloud (Mikrotik & AWS)

5. Mampu melakukan troubleshooting perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak.

6. Komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

7. Teliti, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja dengan cepat dalam menyelesaikan masalah.

8. terbuka untuk freshgraduate & pengalaman magang.
