We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to assist our Recruitment team with hiring tasks i.e. sourcing, arranging interview and conduct ref check directly to the candidates. Ultimately, an outstanding Intern should be communicative, people-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills. The intern will have opportunities to explore recruitment activity and deal with many stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative aspects in Recruitment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and conducting thorough reference checks
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our database, ensuring information is current and accurate
  • Responsible to handle WhatsApp and candidate chats

Requirements
  • Fresh Graduate or Final Year Student
  • Interested on administrative process & data driven
  • Tech-Savvy, familiar using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (GSheet, GDocs, GSlide)
  • Fast learner, good communication, proactive, and detail
  • Willing to Working from Office in a 3-months internship period
