CBS - General Affair Supervising Associate

Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Requirement

• Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major
• Has minimum 5 years of experience in Supervising role
• Proficiency in English (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel
• Experienced in handling projects
• Experienced in managing a team

• Responsible for all business administration matter
• Responsible to oversee and manage all office administration activities
• Oversee the company’s budget for general affairs and ensure cost-effective solutions
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Support Talent team in preparing asset for new hire
