Qualifications

  • Male/ Female, maximum 35 years
  • Graduated from hotel & restaurant management, or related major
  • Experienced as a Store Leader/Captain in F&B
  • Good looking, communication, and leadership skill
  • Able to work under pressure and high integrity
  • Excellent in English both spoken and written

Responsibilities

  • Manage outlet at the dining or floor area following SOP
  • Ensure services are provided according to SOP
  • Coordinate with Operational Manager regarding outlet management and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of dining & kitchen staff
  • Conducting coaching and mentoring to improve dining & kitchen staff skills
