At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce. In employee relations at PwC, you will focus on maintaining positive relationships between employees and the organisation, fair treatment, and resolving workplace conflicts effectively. You will play a crucial role in fostering a harmonious work environment.As an Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Perform routine clerical and administrative functions within the area of Human Capital Operation including but not limited to organising and maintaining personal files (paper and electronic), drafting correspondence and creating employee reference letter.
- This position is responsible to ensure completion of personal documents before filing and all personal data updates/changes are recorded properly.
