Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

  • Menerima dan memeriksa semua dokumen pembayaran dan dokumen pendukung lainnya
  • Melakukan proses pembayaran yang meliputi pengajuan pembayaran, pendistribusian tagihan untuk proses pembayaran, dan melakukan penginputan atas pembayaran yang sudah diproses oleh kasir
  • Membuat laporan outstanding, laporan uang muka pembelian. dan laporan prediksi pembayaran tagihan
  • Rekonsiliasi Bank
  • Bertanggung jawab atas petty cash setiap hari.

Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan min. SMK2. Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun bekerja sebagai Account Payable3. Terbiasa menggunakan program accurate / Nav-vision, Ms. excel & Ms. Word4. Memahami dasar perpajakan (PPN & pemotongan PPH)5. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan bekerja sama dalam tim6. Bersedia penempatan di Gunung Sahari, Jakarta Pusat
