Job Description:

  • Measure and optimize the performance of campaigns on a daily basis by using Google Analytics, Google data studio, Google Ads Dashboard & Facebook Ads Dashboard, and other dashboards needed.
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Research SEO keywords to use throughout the companys website and marketing materials
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage a website or any media channels to optimize the user experience
  • Present reports and realistic forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis to Digital Marketing Manager
  • Responsible for any ad-hoc projects from users and teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree majoring in marketing, advertising, or related majors.
  • Min 1-3 years experience in performance marketing is required (Set up Google analytics, Facebook/IG ads, Marketplace ads/keywords), both B2B and/or B2C are preferred
  • Experience in HTML and CSS will be a plus
  • Experience in using CRM (Qontak, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc)
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to constantly innovate processes
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written
