Kualifikasi:
- Lulusan minimal SMK/SMA dari berbagai jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang customer service, telemarketing, atau hubungan pelanggan.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Mampu mengolah dan menganalisis data pelanggan untuk keperluan follow-up.
- Proaktif, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets menjadi nilai tambah.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Sunter, Jakarta Utara.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Melakukan follow-up kepada customer yang sudah membeli produk untuk memastikan kepuasan dan kebutuhan tambahan.
- Menghubungi kembali customer yang sudah lama tidak melakukan pembelian di Perusahaan.
