Job Description: Product Manager - B2C Apps

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our team at Pabbl. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and success of our consumer-facing applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience while meeting business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a pivotal role in delivering value to our users and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our B2C applications, aligning with company objectives and user needs.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on user feedback, data insights, and business priorities.

User-Centric Approach

• Lead product discovery efforts to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to make informed product decisions.
• Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to enhance product offerings.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product development and launches.
• Align with business development teams to identify potential partnerships and integration opportunities.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Track and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Design and implement experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to optimize product features.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to speak Bahasa Indonesia (required).
• Bachelors degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business, or Product Management and/or 3+ years of experience in product management in consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user research tools.

We now develop whitelabel apps and SDKs enabling publishers and telcos to provide users with a service to earn points and rewards through ad engagements.
