Experienced Graphic / Web Designer ( FT / Contract )

The candidate must be able to work in MST ( Canada Time Zone ) or afternoon to late night JKT time zon and be fluent in English

12 Creative is looking for a Part Time or Full Time Experienced Designer! As a smart, critical thinker with boundless initiative, you possess extraordinary visual problem-solving skills.

Reporting to our design team leader, you will work independently and hand-in-hand with our creative team based on project needs. With a keen eye for detail, you are eager to learn and grow. You hone your design craft and have a deep understanding of branding. You can deftly develop sophisticated designs, push the design envelope and keep up with trends. You deliver high-quality deliverables in a timely manner. Youre an excellent communicator, nimble, organized and adaptable.

The Role:

• Contributes to our company-wide visual strategy for internal and external visual communication activities, products and initiatives
• Creation of Social Media graphics
• Develop visually compelling materials, guided by our corporate brand guidelines, for marketing, advertising, and the web
• Design Web site and have UI/UX knowledge is an asset
• Create and design creative concepts for clients print and online marketing deliverables
• Assist with the development of websites as required
• Update website content as required
• Reports to the Manager and closely collaborate with the creative team and marketing team
• Work with the creative and marketing teams to generate marketing ideas ongoing
• Manages tasks and priorities as part of a creative team working within project schedules and deadlines
• Deliver timely solutions according to the clients needs and objectives
• Communicate with clients in a clear, concise, and timely manner
• Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provides graphic design consultation to peers, middle management and executives.
• Works collaboratively with creative professionals to create appropriate visual communication solutions that align with business needs
• Manages, in an organized manner, the design files and assets within a defined process
• Contributes to strategic communications and marketing planning including the implementation of initiatives and tactics

Who You Are:

• Have 2-5 years of experience at a creative agency or in-house brand team
• Advanced understanding of typography, grid, layout, and colour
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
• Calm under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity
• Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter
• Clear and effective written and verbal communicator
• Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced design environment
• The ability to self manage and exercise stellar time-management skills
• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in graphic design or related visual communication design field is an asset

• Motion Graphics and Animation experience is an asset
• Web Flow / Figma experience is an asset
• Wordpress Development / Web Development is an asset
