Jobdesc:- Receive and record complaints and reports from customers- Monitor, ensure, record and report up & down alarm status changes that occur in all Network Monitoring System application instruments- Do first level troubleshooting- Add and customize data attributes or "Device" information on the NMS

Requirement:- Min. SMK majoring TKJ (Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan)- Fresh graduate are very welcome!- Highly understanding about computer networks concept- Willing to be placed in Bandung- Willing to work in shift
