Head of Sales - Government & Public Service

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeted towards government and public sector clients to drive revenue growth.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key governmental stakeholders, agencies, and consultants.
• Identify emerging opportunities in the government sector to position PT Link Net Tbk as a leader in public service solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to the unique needs of government clients.
• Lead negotiations and close contracts with government agencies while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government policies, funding sources, and industry trends.
• Generate regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Manage a team of sales professionals focused on government and public service accounts, providing coaching and mentorship as needed.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management and prompt resolution of issues.
• Develop and manage budgets and sales targets for the government sector.
• Participate in public sector events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on government and public sector accounts.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and building relationships within government agencies.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior officials and decision-makers.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
• Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Willing to travel as necessary for client meetings and events.
• Willing to work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
