HRGA Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead and ensure all HRGA activities run smoothly in accordance with company values and applicable employment regulations.

· Develop and implement strategic initiatives in talent management, training and development, compensation and benefits, succession planning, employee relations, retention and labor relations are carried out well.

· Responsible for Payroll processing and BPJS.

· Responsibility in HR policies & procedure (SOP), key performance index (KPI), and development for day-to-day operations of the organization.

· Provide views and advice to management in decision-making to ensure that human resources strategic goals are consistent with business plans.

· Complies with government requirements, anticipating legislation, advising management on needed actions.

· Provide administrative project support: Data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Experience in managerial level minimum 5 years and in HR Field more than 7 years.

· Knowledge of HR functions (GA, compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development and recruitment).

· Hands-on experience with Payroll processing.

· Deep understanding on Labor Law in Indonesia; experienced in legal review for company agreement related to employment, current HR practices and policies, Etc.

· Responsible to handle various business industry and risks related with human resources, business issue, and coordinate with other department head.

· Has good analytical, initiative, problem solving, communication skills and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.

· Has a good leadership spirit.

· Proficiency in English communication.

· Familiar with Ms. Office and Google tools.
