You will assist our Business Development Manager in preparing for meetings and working on specific projects.
You should be based in Jakarta.
Working location: 65% on-site, 35% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as answering calls, emails, and mail
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Simple translation between English and Indonesian
- Run errands as requested
- Arrange accommodation and transportation
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters from English to Indonesian
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Able to travel around Indonesia for work.
- Responsive Communication.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
- A car license is an advantage.
- Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting, ideally with 2 years of customer service/admin experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google/Microsoft Calendars.
Please note that we are in the food manufacturing industry. You should be comfortable entering meat processing facilities.
