Persyaratan Pekerjaan
  • S1 semua jurusan
  • Memiliki 2-3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Procurement/Purchasing/Buyer khususnya di bagian kemasan non flexible
  • Memiliki pengetahuan tentang Non Flexible Packaging (paper & non paper based)
  • Memiliki kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan SAP dan Ms. Office
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa, komunikasi, dan negosiasi yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan memiliki komitmen kerja yang baik
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Sudirman
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Membantu pengadaan terkait kebutuhan Non Flexible Packaging untuk menjamin ketersediaan barang sesuai dengan spesifikasi, waktu yang tepat, dan biaya yang ekonomis:
  • Menyiapkan data/informasi untuk pelaksanaan proses bidding
  • Membuat PO, alokasi PO dan canvass sheet
  • Membantu melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun supplier dalam hal pembuatan new design carton dan masalah terkait pengadaan barang
  • Melakukan filing dokumen
  • Merekap hasil bidding setiap 4 bulanan dan pembuatan dokumen kontrak
  • Membantu mereview PO dan canvass sheet dari cabang/unit, dan melakukan negosiasi dengan supplier
  • Membantu pembuatan report bulanan dan kegiatan administrasi lainnya.

Material yang ditangani:

  • Paper based: karton, zak kraft, paper, inner box, paper core, pack UHT, dll
  • Non Paper based: tin, glass, can, copper, wood stick, dll
