Data Analyst INew

About The Role:

This role will be part of the Fazz data team. As a Data Analyst, he/she will play a crucial part in collecting, organising and analyzing data to support our strategic decision making, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. he/she will need to query large data and use various statistical techniques to interpret the results in order to provide insights to improve our business operations.

What Youll Do:

• Work closely with other stakeholders in the business (including Product, Commercial, Strategy, Marketing, Operation, etc.) and with other data team members to leverage data to improve business processes
• Build reporting & monitoring dashboards for stakeholders to manage business processes and monitor business performance
• Perform deep dive analysis into our data such as experimentation analysis, in collaboration with other stakeholders, in order to generate insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve the business performance
• Work with Data Engineering teams to establish required internal and external data sources, including designing the data warehouse for optimal organization of the data
• Work with stakeholders to design and conduct experiments and analyze the data from the experiments to optimise and improve business results
• Document analytics and business requirements related to assigned tasks.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years experience as Data Analyst
• Proven experience in SQL (BigQuery) and BI tools (Metabase, Tableau)
• Strong background in performance experimentation and A/B testing with outstanding analytical and critical thinking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in digital payment and/or PPOB business is plus
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and ML is plus
