Job Description:

  • Bertanggung jawab atas pengadaan, pencatatan, dan perawatan infrastruktur dan fasilitas milik perusahaan
  • Mengelola perizinan dan legalitas perusahaan.
  • Menjalin komunikasi dengan pihak eksternal perusahaan
  • Membuat laporan baik mingguan maupun bulanan terhadap kegiatan operasional
  • Melakukan visit berkala ke seluruh lokasi perusahaan

Job Requirements :

  • Pria/wanita, maksimal umur 30 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan
  • Pengalaman kerja diposisi GA min. 1 tahun, Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan mendaftar
  • Memahami SOP dan alur pemeliharaan aset perusahaan
  • Pengetahuan yang baik tentang peraturan dan kebijakan terkait fasilitas, keamanan, dan administrasi kantor.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dalam hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan manajemen perkantoran dan pemeliharaan perusahaan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan administrasi, analisa dan problem solving yang baik
  • Memiliki sifat jujur, disiplin, dan tekun
