Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes for our Indonesia region. This role ensures timely and accurate collection of payments and maintains strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send accurate invoices to clients.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances with general ledger accounts.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve billing issues.
• Prepare regular accounts receivable reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
