- Lulusan S1-Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 5 Tahun di bidang akuntansi atau keuangan
Pengalaman:
- Melakukan pencatatan harian semua transaksi keuangan, termasuk pengeluaran, penerimaan, dan jurnal penyesuaian.
- Membantu dan menganalisa dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan seperti neraca, laporan laba rugi, dan arus kas.
- Memastikan kesesuaian antara laporan bank dan catatan keuangan perusahaan.
- Mengelola proses pembayaran kepada vendor dan penagihan piutang dari klien.
- Membantu dalam menghitung pajak, dan mempersiapkan dokumen perpajakan.
- Memastikan semua dokumen terkait transaksi keuangan tersimpan dengan rapi dan dapat diakses dengan mudah.
Kemampuan Teknis:
- Microsoft Excel dan software akuntansi (SAP, Accurate, atau Zahir).
- Memahami prinsip dasar akuntansi dan perpajakan di Indonesia, lebih diutamakan sertifikasi akuntansi (Brevet A dan B).
- Mampu menganalisa data keuangan dengan cermat dan memberikan laporan yang akurat.
Kemampuan Manajemen & Kolaborasi:
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim Internal lain, seperti tim Procurement atau Sales untuk memastikan keuangan berjalan lancar
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik serta mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.
