Bersama Operations menganalisa permasalahan beserta root-causes yang mengakibatkan kinerja operasional tidak / belum dapat mencapai potensi yang diharapkan....

  • Membantu Operations dalam memantau kinerja operasional dan mengidentifikasi indikasi terjadinya penurunan kinerja replanting.
  • Bersama Operations menganalisa permasalahan beserta root-causes yang mengakibatkan kinerja operasional tidak / belum dapat mencapai potensi yang diharapkan.
  • Memberikan rekomendasi alternatif solusi perbaikan, baik teknis maupun estimasi biaya dengan melibatkan Direktorat/ Divisi specialis lainnya, seperti PMNP, SMARTRI, dll.
  • Memberikan masukan ide-ide baru bagi Operations untuk meningkatkan kinerja replanting, baik terkait dengan mekanisasi, teknologi baru, maupun new ways of working yang telah diterapkan di perusahaan perkebunan lainnya.
  • Bertindak sebagai rekan / partner bagi Operations dalam berdiskusi perihal permasalahan replanting yang ada.
  • Menjalankan program field observations & diagnostic terhadap kebun yang under-performing (jika diperlukan) untuk mengetahui kondisi lapangan dan mencari sumber permasalahannya. Memberikan sharing knowledge kepada Operations untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skill replanting di lapangan.
