Actively manage and follow up all project documentations from Team

Coordination with external parties regarding project needs (Prepare documents for application release and create account)

Ensuring all hard and soft copy project documentation is well organized as per Organizational Standard Operating Procedures & policies.

Assist Project Manager in term of project documentation and coordination

Manage and filing all project documents.

Create working progress report.

Check and ensure data for project.

Manage project timeline.

Submit timely and accurate project status and other required reporting via the current communication method.

Participate in project meetings and create a Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.

Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)

Have experienced as Project Administrator / Project Management Officer

Knowledge of Project Management Software (e.g. Trello or Microsoft Project)

Experience in handling project documentation, time management, and administration skills

Ability to keep excellent records and maintain audit ability status at all times

Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail

Able to work under required time and pressure
