Sales Event for Cafe

Our restaurant is currently looking for talented and dedicated FB Sales & Event Manager in Jakarta, who ready to join and growing with us. You will be the Salespoint of contact for food and beverage and potential customers and will negotiate and confirm all events within the guidelines of the Restaurant Sales Strategy. Additionally you will identify up-selling opportunities, maximize revenue through selling and group bookings, and provide efficient and effective service to handle customer inquiries within predefined parameters in order to close sales.

Our requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in the same field
• Should have an established network for the sale of all possible events.
• Be able to create a business plan of various events that can be offered set KPIs with Management and be able to achieve the business objectives
• Strong in inter-personal and leadership skills
• Experience in hotel/restaurant management or F&B business
• Strong in driving results and good negotiation techniques
• Great written & verbal communication skills using English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Bachelor degree in any field
• Outstanding selling abilities
• Working knowledge of the latest F&B markets and trends
• Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight
• Deep knowledge of the food & beverage industry
• Experience in handling event

Responsibility :

• Act as a main resource for FB reservation agents needing assistance technically or with regards to achieving customer satisfaction
• Responds to all guest reservation request and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times
• Fully knowledgeable about F&B Outlets, rates, promotions, programs, restaurant facilities and services
• Understand and enforce restaurant and company credit policies and ensure proper billing instructions, routing instructions and payment methods are applied to the reservations
• Handling site visit from the guest
• Draft and types correspondence, booking contracts, quotations, letter of confirmation, thank you letter for the guest
