Job Purposes

Melaksanakan proses transaksional di area Teller, dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas aman & tepat waktu dengan berpedoman kepada prinsip-prinsip kepatuhan, peraturan internal dan external yang berlaku.

Responsibilities

Service:

  • Melaksanakan standard pelayanan di area Teller sesuai ketentuan/standard service yang berlaku
  • Memproses transaksi di area Teller sesuai SLA yang berlaku
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan PUK untuk setiap kendala yang dihadapi

Cost Management:

  • Melaksanakan fungsi teller secara efektif & efisien sesuai target yang telah ditetapkan
  • Melakukan Maintain Cash Teller sesuai ketentuan asuransi
  • Melakukan Cash Opname sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku

Financial:

Mendukung pencapaian target bisnis sesuai yang ditetapkan

Risk & Control:

  • Melaksanakan proses KYC, APU & PPT sesuai ketentuan
  • Memproses transaksional di area Teller sesuai ketentuan internal dan external yang berlaku
  • Melaksanakan proses Four Eyes Principal terhadap proses/transaksi beresiko tinggi telah dijalankan dengan konsisten
  • Memastikan kelengkapan/keamanan area Teller tetap terjaga dengan baik

Productivity & Efficiency:

  • Melaksanakan tehnik pemeriksaan uang kertas dan Valuta Asing secara teliti, sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku
  • Mengikuti Training/pelatihan yang ditentukan
  • Secara periodik mengikuti coaching/diskusi dengan PUK untuk peningkatan produktifitas
General Qualification
  • Technical competency :
  • Pengetahuan poduk.
  • Pengetahuan Fraud cases.
  • Pengetahuan Standar Pelayanan cabang.
  • Complain handling capability

  • Soft Competency :
  • Mau terus belajar
  • Memiliki standar kerja yang tinggi
  • Mampu membangun hubungan yang baik dengan nasabah maupun rekan kerja Fokus dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada nasabah
