Requirements :

  • At least 2 years experience in reservations, customer service or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with PMS, OTA platforms, and booking systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems.
  • Knowledge of invoice processing and financial reconciliation is a plus.
  • Able to join immediately.
  • Placement : Denpasar, Bali.
