Job Title: General IT Staff

Location: Seminyak

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive General IT Staff member to join our team in Seminyak. As an IT Staff member, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure across multiple units, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  • Monitor and manage network performance, ensuring connectivity and security.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
  • Support the implementation and integration of new IT solutions.
  • Assist with the setup and management of user accounts and access controls.
  • Document IT procedures and provide user training when necessary.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and IT tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work on-site across different units in Seminyak.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
