JOB PURPOSE

  • Responsible to plan, manage and control SHE activities related to General (such as: Utility area, Warehouse, Laboratory) area in all sire accordance to procedures and/or standards Bayer Global, Indonesia Regulation and International Standard.

  • Support and pro-active in providing input or ideas on all matters that support the project activity performed by contractor or Internal Bayer to ensure are accordance with Bayer Regulations.


YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure implementation in General area are comply with CD-2055 HSE Key Requirements.

  • Ensuring compliance to relevant Bayer standard SHE direction with SMK3, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and PROPER.

  • Manage and support activities in General area related with Process Plan Safety, Process Hazard Analysis and Machinery Safety Assessment.

  • Plan, manage and support activities that carried by contractor or 3rd party are comply with Bayer standard. (such as: CSMS, JSA, Toolbox meeting)

  • Ensure all SHE System Documentation has been well documented in physical and digital files in accordance with the general rules of documentation.

  • Ensure SHE Audit & Inspection both internal and external have been carried out in accordance with the requirements and planned schedule, as well as ensuring the completion of CAPA has been done and effective.

  • Ensure the implementation of Occupational Health Management is carried out in accordance with applicable and latest requirements consisting of Polyclinic & First Aid Services, Industrial Hygiene & Occupational (IHOH), Health Risk Assessment (HRA), Ergonomics Assessment, Medical Check-up and Health Campaign/ Promotion.

  • Ensure Fire Fighting System meet Safety Requirement.


WHO YOU ARE

  • Education

Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health or related field.

  • Relevant experiences

Min. have 3 years experience as SHE Supervisor/Engineer in pharmaceutical industries, FMCG or related industries

Have certification as AK3 Umum.

Have experience in Project management, SMK3, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and PROPER

  • Main competencies for the job

Project management, Process Plan Safety, customer focus, leadership, negotiation, managing complexity, plan & align, drive result.

  • Communication

Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must
