Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik (Teknik Sipil, Teknik Elektro, atau Teknik Industri lebih disukai).
  • Berusia maksimal 27 Tahun
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang proyek konstruksi atau telekomunikasi minimal 1 tahun.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Project, Primavera, atau perangkat lunak manajemen proyek lainnya.
  • Memahami konsep dan prinsip manajemen proyek (planning, scheduling, monitoring, dan controlling).
  • Kemampuan analisis data dan pelaporan yang baik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang efektif.
  • Bersedia bekerja di bawah tekanan dan memenuhi tenggat waktu.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Membuat rencana kerja proyek (project scheduling) menggunakan perangkat lunak manajemen proyek.
  • Memantau kemajuan proyek dan memastikan pekerjaan sesuai dengan jadwal.
  • Melakukan analisis risiko proyek dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk mitigasi.
  • Menyusun laporan kemajuan proyek secara berkala untuk manajemen.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan eksternal untuk memastikan kelancaran proyek.
  • Melakukan evaluasi terhadap penyimpangan jadwal atau anggaran proyek.
  • Mengelola dokumentasi terkait proyek, termasuk laporan, jadwal, dan catatan perubahan
