Kualifikasi:

  • Mampu mengoperasikan Komputer dan MS Office
  • Berpengalaman kerja sebagai Kepala Bagian Gudang minimal 1 Tahun
  • Memahami mekanisme logistik
  • Memahami Supply Chain Collaboration
  • Memahami Inventory Management (IM), ABC Analyze, dan Buffer Stock
  • Memahami Implementasi System FIFO dan FEFO dalam Management Warehouse.
  • Mampu mengembangkan serta menjalankan dengan baik manajemen dan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Pergudangan

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  • Melakukan Stock Opname dan laporan-laporan
  • Mengatur layout gudang
  • Berkoordinasi dengan bagian lain untuk memastikan operasional gudang berjalan dengan benar.
  • Mampu mendelegasikan tugas, mengontrol, dan mengawasi seluruh kegiatan pekerjaan di gudang yang dijalankan oleh bawahannya
  • Memeriksa dan memastikan dokumen administrasi pekerjaan dikerjakan dengan benar dan lengkap.
  • Menganalisa masalah dan merumuskan solusinya atas setiap permasalahan di gudang.
